Terms of Use

These Terms of Use cover Vibe Pickleball League, an amateur recreational pickleball league operated in connection with King Maker / Brett Mack. By creating a profile or using captain or admin tools, you agree to these terms. This is not a professional, employment, or independent-contractor relationship.

Be accurate

DUPR, names, and roster information must be honest. Captains are responsible for their roster eligibility, including the combined DUPR rule (four players, combined current DUPR less than 17).

Scores

A captain enters Game 1, Game 2, and The Switch if the match splits. Scores become official after the opposing captain approves them, or after a league admin override. Disputes go to the admin. Do not enter fake scores.

Code of conduct

Play fair. Call the score. Treat opponents and partners with respect.
No harassment, abuse, or threats — on court or in this app.
The league may suspend or remove accounts for abuse, cheating, or false ratings.

The site

This website is provided as-is to help run this amateur league. Features can change. There is no warranty that standings, DUPR, or scores are perfect. The Switch is the match format, not a separate company.

Where we operate

The operator is based in Colorado, USA. If a dispute about this site ever needs a court, Colorado law and courts are the intended venue, except where the law says otherwise.

Updates

If we change these terms, we bump the version (currently 2026-08-28). You will need to accept the new version before using captain, admin, or profile tools again.
