Privacy Policy

What we collect

We collect only what we need to run the league:

• Name
• Email address (from Google when you sign in that way, or from a league login)
• Google account id and avatar, if you use Google sign-in
• Current DUPR rating
• Team assignment, when you have one
• Match scores, pairings, standings, and individual points
• Your public profile details (name, photo, DUPR, team)
• Whether you accepted this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use, plus the time and version

We do not collect payment card numbers. We do not sell personal data.

Why we collect it

• Run the league: rosters, eligibility (combined DUPR under 17), schedules, and scores
• Publish standings and individual leaderboards
• Let captains and the league admin contact people about matches
• Keep a record that you agreed to the current Privacy Policy and Terms

Google sign-in

If you tap Continue with Google, Google shares basic profile information with us: your name, email, Google account id, and avatar. We use that to create or match your league profile. We do not get your Google password. You can also use an email and password for the existing league admin demo account.

What is public

Public pages show names, teams, DUPR, match scores, and standings. They do not show your email address. Anyone with the site link can see those public league pages.

How long we keep it

We keep profile and match records while this season and league are active so standings stay accurate. After that, the league admin may keep historical standings or delete data.

How to ask for deletion

Email or message the league admin (Brett Mack / King Maker) and ask to delete your profile. We will remove or anonymize personal fields we control. Scores already published for the season may remain in aggregate standings so the table still makes sense.

Kids

This site is for adult amateur league play. It is not directed at children under 13.
